My Mac Makes Noise When Playing Games

Well basically my computer starts 2 beep alot when im running computer games, or something using high video process. For example the game counter-strike, it first loads fine and it runs ok and smoothly then after a while which varies, my computer starts beeping randomly and doest stop until maybe the program has been closed.
Ive checked my fps and everytime it beeps it make me get fps choke or fps drops. If i had 75 fps then when it beeps it goes 2 like 50fps and this happend alot and close toghether. so my computer just keeps beeping and i get frames per second drops everytime it beeps so i cant do anything.
I wasnt sure where to post this but hopefully this is the right place and u guys or girls can help me out.

Is that ok or should I stop playing.
