I had problems with GM even with Snow Leopard. I went to bigfishgames.com, signed in. There is a solution, however, unless you are a subscriber you cannot use the online chat. I was a subscriber until GM was required and it was a problem on my system and decided to terminate my contract with them. If you are willing to become a Game Fish Member (at 6.99/month) or to reactivate your account, then they will assist you. Considering how many games I have purchased from them and I still have 2 game credits, this behavior of theirs is despiccable. One person tried to post the link for the GM that does work with Lion and the Moderator of Big Fish removed it and said 'It is against BFG policies'. But there are people on BFG forums that says there is a GM that works with Lion, but I guess it is a big big secret and only for those who have an active account. BFG isn't the only provider selling games for MAC. I don't want to lose the use of the games I have purchased, but I am not putting up with this. If you find a solution, please post and let us know.

If everything else is working on your computer - then this is not (obviously) a Microsoft issue. If you have been unable to get an answer from Big Fish Games technical support - then two things are possible: 1) Their technical support sucks. 2) The problem is larger than just you and they are working feverishly to fix it.
